When visiting officerapps.net for the first time on a mobile browser, you should see the following location permission request, tap Allow:
If you do not receive this and need to check that it is enabled:
- Tap on the lock icon in the upepr left-hand corner, next to officerapps.net:
- Tap on Permissions:
- If the location toggle is turned off, tap it to turn it on:
