How to Correct Officers Appearing as Active on the Dashboard
When an officer leaves without clocking out or fails to select a clock-out type, the system continues to show them as active on the dashboard.
Steps to Resolve:
- Go to Clock In/Out Records in the system.
- Filter by the officer(s) currently appearing as active on the dashboard.
- Select a relevant time frame to locate their last recorded shift.
- Check for missing clock-out records:
- If a clock-out box is empty (no time and date), it means the officer did not clock out.
- If a clock-out record is missing a green square, it means the officer clocked out but did not select a clock-out type (e.g., Shift, Lunch, etc.).

By updating these records accordingly, you can ensure accurate reporting and remove inactive officers from the dashboard.
