Automatically Email Daily Activity Reports to your Clients

In order to ensure that your clients are receiving Daily Activity Reports when your officers submit them, add your clients as users for their sites and make sure the Email DAR option is selected in your Site Report options.

Note: The ability to email the Daily Activity Report automatically is optional. You can send the Daily Activity Report to Site users, at a later time by clicking the Send Email button next to the report.


Adding a Site User:

(if you already have Site users continue to the Enable Daily Activity Report Emails section below)

  1. After logging into OfficerApps.net, click Client & Site
  2. Click on the Client Name for the Site you want to add a Site User.
  3. Click on either the name of the Site or the Pencil (Edit) icon.


  4. Click on the Site Users  tab.
  5. Click the Add User button.
  6. In the Add User window add the user's email address. If you have not already done so you will also need to enter the client's First Name, Last Name, User Name, and Password.



  7. Ensure that the Email DAR option is checked.
  8. Click Submit


Enable Daily Activity Report Emails:

  1. Click Client & Site
  2. Click on the Client Name.
  3. If the Site is already entered into OfficerApps Click on either the name of the Site or the Pencil (Edit) icon next to the site that you would like the client to receive the emailed Daily Activity Reports.


    If this is a new Site click on the Add New Site button in the upper right-hand corner.



  4. In the Add / Edit Site window click the Report Options tab.
  5. Click the checkbox next to Email DAR Site User and (if applicable) Email DAR Supervisor.

  6. Click Submit or Update.


Note: If you have the approval required option selected the email will not be sent until the report is approved.
