Step-By-Step: Adding Officers



Officers do not need assigned to a Site in order for them to see it on their device. Sites are shown to officers if they are physically located within the geofence of the Site.


To add officers to your account: 

  1. Click on the Officers tab then and click on Manage Officers.
  2. On the following screen click Add Officer.



  3. Add all officers that will be using OfficerApps. If any of the officers are supervisors place a check mark in Is Supervisor and indicate the site that the officer is a supervisor at.



  4. After completing each officers information click Submit.
