OfficerApps Support Policy for Mobile Operating Systems

At OfficerApps, we strive to deliver the best possible experience for our users by supporting the latest advancements in mobile technology. To ensure optimal performance, security, and compatibility of our software, OfficerReports only supports the most recent three (3) versions of Apple iOS and Android operating systems.

Details of the Policy:

1. Supported Versions:

  • OfficerReports supports the current version and the two previous major versions of both Apple iOS and Android operating systems. For example, if the latest version of iOS is iOS 17, we will support iOS 17, iOS 16, and iOS 15.

2. Rationale for Limitation:

  • Performance: Older operating systems may not support the features and technologies required to run our software efficiently.
  • Security: Ensuring the security of your data is a top priority. Older versions of operating systems may no longer receive security updates from Apple or Google.
  • Compatibility: By focusing on recent versions, we can leverage modern development tools and provide a consistent user experience.

3. Impact on Unsupported Versions:

  • Users running an unsupported version of iOS or Android may experience degraded functionality or be unable to access OfficerReports services.
  • Technical support will not be provided for issues occurring on unsupported operating system versions.

4. User Responsibility:

  • We encourage all users to keep their devices updated to the latest operating system version to take full advantage of the features and security enhancements in OfficerReports.”
